On March 28th 2008 we gather students, fashion producers, NGOs, academia and others to discuss fashion from a new angle. Ethical Fashion Day takes place at Copenhagen Business School, an educational institution with many young and fashion-conscious students, at a time when social- and environmental concerns have come to dominate the top of the agenda – also in the fashion industry. We want to discuss what this concept actually means in the particular industry, and what it can offer for both consumers, the fashion companies themselves, as for small and big producers contributing to the final fashion product up the long supply chain, many of which are to be found in developing countries and emerging markets.

During the day, it is possible to meet some of the participating companies, WELL and Develop plus sponsors and facilitators of the event for a discussion of their work and perspectives at an ethical fashion fair at the entrance hall at CBS.

All activities take place at Solbjerg Plads, CBS, and are free and open for all.
